We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze processes, gather requirements, and support teams in designing efficient systems that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Participate in testing, validation, and change management.
- Create process flow diagrams and reports to present findings.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, Pivot Tables, and analytical formulas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or BI tools.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
