Responsibilities
- Calling existing and potential customers to inform them about company products and services.
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information &update customer requirements & information accurately in the database.
- Learn details about our company’s product and service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Telesales Representative preferably in selling Odoo.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good telephone etiquettes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & other tech tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Very good negotiation Skills.
- Very good command of spoken and written English.
