Responsibilities


  •   Contact existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
  •  Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  •  Refer potential leads to Sales Representatives.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
  •  Build product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.
  •  Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  •  Provide solutions tailored to client needs and capabilities.
  •  Record and update customer information and sales data accurately.
  •  Understand company products and services in detail.


Must Have


  •  Bachelor Degree or Higher
  •  Highly creative and autonomous
  •  Self-motivated and adaptable
  •  Strong ability to learn and explain products and services to prospects.
  •  Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tech tools.
  •  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  •  Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  •  A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
  •  Cold calling experience

Nice to have


  •  Proven experience as a Tele sales Representative, preferably in ERP sales.
  •  B2B sales experience
  •  Fluency in English communication and negotiation skills
  •  Saudi
