As a Senior Odoo Implementor, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP, manage client expectations, and optimize business processes across departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis and design ERP workflows accordingly.

- Customize and optimize Odoo modules for client needs.
- Train key users and provide strategic input for process improvement.
- Supervise data migration, testing, and integration with other systems.
- Mentor junior implementors and ensure documentation best practices.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of Odoo implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and functional business areas.
- Experience working with multiple Odoo modules.
- Project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for business reporting, data transformation, and decision-support analysis.
Nice to have
- PMP or Agile Certification.
- Experience with custom module development coordination
- Experience in verticals like retail, manufacturing, or services
