We are hiring an experienced Odoo Implementor to lead module implementations, analyze client needs, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Odoo ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering and translate into Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.
- Conduct user training and create documentation.
- Liaise with developers for module customization or integrations..
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Odoo ERP.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Nice to have
- Odoo Certification
- Familiarity with accounting, inventory, or manufacturing modules
